Welcome to the new DD-NMA website

This site provides tools for calculating Normal Modes using Coarse-Grained Models of Proteins and Nucleic acids.

New variants of the ENM-NMA method are proposed that involve:
-rigourous projection coarse-graining (Hessian projection)
-progressive elimination coarse-graining (Decimation)
-a new way to define neighbours (Delaunay tessalation)
-additional elastic energy terms V_tor and V_dihed (Go-like Model)
